Weekly Play in Twilight

The launch of Twilight of the Republic is almost here! After you go to your store's Prerelease Event, you'll inevitably want to keep coming back for Weekly Play as you explore what the third set of Star Wars™: Unlimited has to offer. Of course, the question remains: what promos can you earn by attending? Today, we're providing a sneak peek at the wonderful promo cards you can find in the Twilight of the Republic Weekly Play kit!

As with previous sets, the Twilight of the Republic Weekly Play kit comes packed with promo packs, which you can earn by participating in your store's Weekly Play events (whatever form those may take). Each pack has three random promo cards, with two “common” promos and one “rare” promo.

Of the common promos, two of them feature select cards from Twilight of the Republic with a special Organized Play frame. These cards are Perilous Position (Twilight of the Republic Weekly Play, 1) and Droideka Security (Twilight of the Republic Weekly Play, 2). The rest of the common promos are Hyperspace variants of cards that are normally exclusive to the Twilight of the Republic Two-Player Starter. These cards include Ahsoka’s Padawan Lightsaber (Twilight of the Republic Weekly Play, 3), Battle Droid Escort (Twilight of the Republic Weekly Play, 5), Grievous’s Wheel Bike (Twilight of the Republic Weekly Play, 6), and Anakin Skywalker (Twilight of the Republic Weekly Play, 8).

As for the rare promos, here you'll find various alternate-art variants of different cards from Twilight of the Republic, all featuring our signature OP frame. Boost one of your units with a Clone Cohort (Twilight of the Republic Weekly Play, 12), build an army of Clone Trooper tokens with Shaak Ti (Twilight of the Republic Weekly Play, 15), or calculate the ideal unit to power up with Kalani (Twilight of the Republic Weekly Play, 16). Call on R2-D2 (Twilight of the Republic Weekly Play, 17) for a quick solution to an unexpected problem, stay On Top of Things (Twilight of the Republic Weekly Play, 19) to keep your units safe from enemy attacks, or exploit the might of a Battle Droid Legion (Twilight of the Republic Weekly Play, 20) and crush your foes before they have a chance to react.

With Prerelease Events for Twilight of the Republic starting this weekend and Weekly Play events hot on their heels, it won't be long before fans everywhere can dive in and learn what new possibilities await in the game's third set.
