Can I run events for Star Wars™: Unlimited?
Any “brick and mortar” game store that is interested in running Star Wars: Unlimited Organized Play is eligible* to sign up for a StarWarsUnlimited.com retailer account. Only one retailer account per store may be used to run events.
*Note: Failure to abide by FFG/Asmodee’s Event Guidelines can result in a store’s eligibility being revoked.
How do I sign up for a retailer account?
Game stores are encouraged to contact their Asmodee distributor to receive instructions on setting up a retailer account.
Once I apply for a retailer account, how will I know I’m approved?
Once the sign-up process is complete, organizers can begin using their StarWarsUnlimited.com account to create events.
Approval and account creation times will vary depending on the volume of requests and the timing within the Organized Play season.

Why use Melee.gg?
By using Melee.gg, you will be able to run official Star Wars: Unlimited tournaments. Not only does this mean your store will qualify for hosting Prerelease and Store Showdown events, it also means that you could potentially be eligible to host a Planetary Qualifier down the line (assuming other requirements are met).
With both an official retailer account on StarWarsUnlimited.com and an organizer account on Melee.gg, you can help ensure that your players have a consistent and excellent experience with events at your store. We highly encourage that retailers utilize the official Star Wars: Unlimited store locator and event locator to display their store and event information, which gives your store additional reach and allows players to find your location for upcoming events.
