A Taste of Unlimited Possibilities

Greetings, Star Wars™ fans!

As you may have heard by now, Fantasy Flight Games will be demoing Star Wars: Unlimited at Gen Con in August. Today, we’ll be showing off some of the cards that will appear in the decks used for those demos. So, without further ado, here are some of the cards that can be found in the game demos:

First, we have a pair of familiar droids. These two have long been inseparable, and it shows in their abilities, which can be used in tandem to stack your deck and get you some extra cards in hand!

Next, we have a pair of Imperials, the First Legion Snowtrooper and Admiral Motti. Use the Snowtrooper’s ability to overwhelm one of your opponent’s damaged units, then trigger Motti’s ability to ready the Snowtrooper so you can do it again!

Finally, we have a pair of events. Both of these events are great at disrupting your opponent; Waylay can force a big unit back into your opponent’s hand, which is great for stalling their strategy. Meanwhile, Force Choke can deal a hefty bit of damage to a non-Vehicle unit for fairly low cost, but giving your opponent a card draw could open them up to retaliate!

All of these cards and more can be found in the game demos that we will be showcasing at Gen Con this year. Look forward to more and more card reveals as we continue to fly toward the game’s official launch in 2024!
